Diego graduated as a Film Director in Buenos Aires, Argentina, continuing his studies in Miami, Madrid and Berlin (last two where he studied theatrical scenery). He complemented Film with Art Direction. Among others he studied with Eiko Ishioka, Japanese wardrobe artist and set designer of great cinema and theatre productions such as Drácula (Ford Coppola), and The Cell (Tarsem Danwar).

Brands such as Sony Bravia, Axe (for whom he directed the first 5 chapters and designed the integral image of the series emitted by Fox " City Hunters"), Telcel, AXN, Nestle, Sheraton, Nec, Banco Ciudad, Fox Italy, Animax, MTV, trusted their commercials to him. The Eye of Ibero-America  chose him to direct the winning commercial of " best script written by the new agency talents ". Clips for important  rock bands like Bersuit (best video of the year by the Rolling Stones magazine and Much Music), Ratones Paranoicos, Auténticos Decadentes, Carajo (best video of the year by Much Music and 6  consecutive weeks among the 10 most wanted in MTV), Intima (selected by D& AD for best world-wide video clip of the year). In addition, he directed and produced TV programs for Discovery Channel, People and Arts, BBC London, MTV, E! Entertainment and Nickelodeon.
